FAQ

How much time will I need to invest?

Naturally, the more you engage, the more you will get out of the immersion. That said, we understand that everyone is different, and for some people, just being in the “container” will generate powerful healing shifts. Below are the time investment guidelines. We strongly encourage you to join the live Zooms in order to feel the potency of the work & the group energy…whilst also honouring your needs & rhythms - allow your womb to be your guide!

In your own time - journaling, sacred crafting, feminine embodiment rituals

When will the lives ceremonies be held? 

There will be 2x live ceremonies per week. These will be held via Zoom & last approx 2 hours. The weekly live ceremonies will be held on Mondays & Thursdays at 8pm GMT (or BST). 

PLEASE NOTE THE 1ST (MAIDEN) CEREMONY WILL BE ON SUNDAY 5TH MAY, & THE SECOND CEREMONY WILL BE SATURDAY 14TH MAY. 

The closing ceremony will be held on the Tuesday evening of the final day at 8pm GMT (or BST).

What happens if I can’t make the live?

The live ceremonies will be recorded & links sent out to you, so even if you can’t make it to the lives, you can view & engage with the ceremonies in your own time. You will still receive all of the medicine when you tune in to the replay!

What if I don’t experience menstrual cycles?

Welcome to the “coven” - nor do I

Some women don’t experience menstrual cycles due to health conditions or because they have been through “moon-a-pause” (menopause)

We all carry the wisdom and “seasons” of the menstrual cycle & the 4x main archetypes & “seasons” of womanhood within us. Whether you experience menstrual cycles or not, by “cycling” with the moon you will learn to harness the gifts of your inner seasons & embody the power of the 4x archetypes of womanhood…AKA your inner Maiden, Mother, Queen & Crone

What if I don’t have a womb?

Even if you do not have a physical womb or you have experienced alteration to your womb, part or full hysterectomy, you still have an “energetic womb” and “Hara”. Your sacred womb space encompasses your sacral chakra, it is your creative cauldron! The gems of Womb ReWilding are still 100% available for you to discover & experience - with or without a full physical womb.

Is this work inclusive of non-binary &  LGBTIQ+ community?

How will the seasons apply to me if I live in the Tropics or the Southern Hemisphere?

Embodying the medicine of the Archetypes as we journey through the seasons of nature can be a rich & deeply transformative experience. Having lived off-grid in yurts for 10 years in UK forest, Deborah feels a deep connection with the seasons. Deborah will always share about what she is experiencing & the land where she lives in the Northern Hemisphere. However, Deborah invites you to tune in to the season of the land where you live & deepen your own communion with the land.
