Collectively we are un-doing deep patterns of shame around what it is to be a woman - shame around menstruation, sexuality, ageing, body shame. And shame around the full expression of ourselves as wild, juicy, passionate, sensuous, emotional creatures

The MAGDALENE archetype holds meaning for many people. For me she holds the initiatory keys of the Selkie Tale - the myth into the "Magic Doorway" of Feminine Soul Retrieval - the shared experience of women having lost themselves, their roots, their "skin" and true nature, of having inherited the conditioning and ancestral / collective patterns of shame, overwhelm, frustration, isolation and disconnection, where women feel unmet and unseen…and then returning home again, stepping into their power, softening into their feminine cycles, finding their voice, sharing their unique gifts...and rising up

This was also my Herstory...

Living off-grid through the seasons in UK forest where I wild-birthed my babies, whilst aspiring to heal the imbalance between the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Masculine within myself and in the land itself, I experienced a fierce apprenticeship with Mother Nature. I was mothering, going through menopause, serving others and...quite literally...chopping the wood!

Thinking I could take on the world, I kept myself very busy - believing it was my Dharma to heal all manner of "collective wounding", and that my mission was to serve others and "the higher cause"...before myself

All the while I was abandoning myself and my needs, ignoring the red flags, feeling frustrated, lonely and isolated, and running a mile from addressing the personal and ancestral wounds that were preventing me from feeling truly seen and honoured, from experiencing emotional intimacy in relationship, holding clear boundaries, taking up space, having my needs met - and feeling safe enough to sink into the soft nourishment of my Feminine Essence

So, after an intense initiation with Mother Pele and some major life-changes, I dove deeper into my healing, embraced the medicine and initiation of menopause, cleaned up the blocks and patterns held in my womb and feminine psyche, I learned to surrender to the cycles and wisdom of Mother Nature, I embodied my MAGDALENE CODES...and I finally came HOME TO MYSELF!
